By using Propora (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Propora is an AI-powered proposal generation tool that helps freelancers and agencies create client proposals. The Service is provided by the operator of propora-pearl.vercel.app.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use Propora for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Use the Service to generate content for spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
  • Use the Service to generate proposals on behalf of clients without their knowledge
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you input (client briefs, project details) and the proposals generated using your inputs. You grant Propora a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content you submit and proposals you send to clients.

4. AI-Generated Content

Proposals generated by Propora are produced by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated proposals before sending them to clients. Propora does not guarantee that any proposal will win business or meet your specific requirements.

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier includes a limited number of proposal generations. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOME.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
